EU

All styles currently available get shipped from Austria.

We use a recorded delivery service from the Austrian Post. 

UK

Please note, we are holding stock of most of the SS21 styles in the UK to enable speedy and custom worry free shipping.

If a style is not in stock in the UK it’s mentioned in the product description and shipping might take a few days longer. 

SHIPPING RATES

AUSTRIA: 4€  / 2-3 working days

GERMANY: 6€ / 3-5 working days

EUROPE (EU and non EU): 10€ / 3-5 working days

UK / Royal Mail TRACK 48: 5€  / 2-3 working days

REST OF THE WORLD: 16€ / about 14 working days

CUSTOMS CHARGES

For parcels to non EU countries customs and import duties may apply. These will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. 

Charges vary and we are not able to predict what they may be.

RETURNS

Please contact us via email -[email protected] - before you ship your item back to us. 

All garments need to be in a resale-able condition and in original packaging.  We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return costs need to be covered by the customer, however this does not apply if the item was faulty or incorrect.
